I think it's a model 15, the date should be stamped on the butt. It will be smooth bore. Try chambers gunspares or John knibbs, they usually have a spares diagram to help you strip.
Hi all, I have an old Diana air rifle not sure the model maybe a 16 or 20 but dont really know, can anyone give me a clue and possibly value.
its 82cm in length, brown wood stock and everything else is metal, .177, I think we have owned it since the early 70's but don't know if we had it new or not.
Also does anyone know if you can get spares for them and a breakdown diagram as interested to maybe diassemble and clean it up.
Sadly it has a small crack on the top but dont think it would affect its use. The barrel is smooth not sure if thats by manufacture or just worn out and most bluing has gone.
Anyway here are several images of it. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z0jcz210u...j6d0UA9Ga?dl=0
Appreciate any info
Cheers
Martin

Cheers all, they both have some spares but not many sadly, I'm not sure what I should order based on wanting to see it it can be used again, I was thinking of the following:
MS046 Main spring
CS254 Trigger spring
BS049 Breech seal
NO21 nut (its missing)
Appreciate if anyone can guide me on familiar waring parts?
Thanks
I think you will find the rifle is a Milbro Diana G1 . Based on the Diana/Original 15 but not quite the same. All 15 parts will fit but I think the rear sight is very slightly different
A 3/4" water stop cock washer easily makes a breech seal
"WebleyWombler" nailed it. The "Made in Great Britain" line identifies it as a Milbro G1. This is a copy of the pre-WW2, German-made, Diana model 15. These guns were made by Millard Brothers Scotland, with parts and tooling purchased via the Allied occupation forces after the war.
The post-war German-made models 15 and 16 were very similar - but not identical - and that is what you see in the parts diagram. I defer to others on the detail differences!
So much to know.
Ive had a good look over the gun and today noticed a marking on the top of the metal close to the stock it looks like it says MOD 15 and a drawing of some kind?
Added 2 shots to the folder here named MOD15 https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z0jcz210u...j6d0UA9Ga?dl=0
