    That is nice Craig-P,
The look of the shroud is better in my opinion than the solid weight at the end type i got put on mine.

Lathework is done, but the chinese knurling tool does not make the best knurls, especially with me beeing a bit afraid to load the bearings of the South Bend to heavily sideways. Made it small enough to fit against the barrel without machining a groove, mainly because I dont have a mill. Makes it lighter than it could be, but I'll se if it makes any difference.
Need to get some holes drilled and tapped for setscrews now, then I'll see if I get around to taking a picture

Finally got around to drilling the set screw hole, but havent been motivated to mess with chemicals for bluing yet. The cocking lever has these dimples to fix the locking mechanism, which makes for a very good place to put a setscrew:

Decided to add an old Anschutz diopter sight. There are no competition classes where this gun is useful here in Norway, but it might be a nice plinker with this setup:

    Thumbs up

    Hi Evert

I bought a muzzleweight, I think off sales on here years ago for an old cra**y 77k action that I was conned in to trading for, Was descibed over the phone as being in very good condition, Reality was rust and bent lever with no lug on the cocking link but I had travelled there and brought it back

I never fitted it and have absolutely no idea where it is!

I've seen one on fleabay a long time ago too!

    Muzzle weight

The one pictured by John appears to be a period venom type. Airmasters also did a nice version. Mach 1.5
