Personally I find titan springs too stiff and the 95 with its long stroke and efficient action needs a long soft spring to get a nice shot cycle. Jim Tyler was reccomending TX mk3 springs on here a while back, may be a good option.

Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Twenty years ago I spotted a large bag of rough cut mainsprings, gathering dust high up in a gunsmith's workshop.
What are they for? I asked the weihrauch dealer.
The 95,hull cartridge have supplied them for warranty claims on over the limit guns,he replied.

A Titan no 13 spring works well in my .177HW95.
With proper fitting guides and the spring cut and dressed at 29 coils gives 11.2fpe and a nice firing cycle.

Glad it worked out for you, I haven't tried the no. 13, mine is running a HW57 spring with fitted guides and a 12mm short stroke, big improvement but I still prefer my Diana 280 and 34, less muzzle flip even though I have a steel mod on the 95.
