Thumbs up MFR Series 4 Trigger

Finally got my Series 4 trigger cassette fitted into the MFR. Not a job that I could do as it required a new hammer and power set-up. This was all carried out by BT. I asked Ben to initially set up the trigger the way I thought I would like to shoot it and he did. This trigger is probably the best Theoben I've ever shot. It is super smooth with a clean, crisp break. A true 2 stage effort. I have had the first stage set short and the second stage let off at 14 ozs. There is absolutely no creep. I've played around a little with the weight and without a pull gauge I estimate that it will go down to about 6 ozs. It will also set at more heavier hunting weights. The safety is still a flat blade in front but it is more precise in usage being able to be placed on and off more reasurringly. My one gripe is that the Kr4p blade is still fitted. Having a PW stock I had to cut off about 4mm. I'll need to see if BAR can sort me out with a new design in SS. Is it worth retrofitting for £150 supplied and fitted. Well, I'll see how my accuracy improves. I know my confidence has.

Sounds good Dave. Forgive my ignorance but would this new trigger unit fit others in the rapid range?
