I had saturn funnels for three cals and there is no question they were all good, but very delicate and prone to deforming.

I created a more consistent/better balanced funnel using a well worn old plastic funnel, a sacrificial case and some metal putty.
A little time with the dremmel tool, some acetone (nail polish remover) to smooth the finish, and it fitted better than anything else I've used.

I treated myself to an Area419 funnel set a few years ago and it's excellent. Bloomin pricey but it's really nice to use.

It's aluminium. It doesn't appeal to be honest.

An inexpensive LEE or Lyman will do the trick. I have Saturn versions and I've seen more powder stuck to them than the Lee although the quality and engineering is a country mile better.

    Funnels

I've just received my two funnels from wayne.q
Delivered in very quick time and the funnels are a excellent fit.
    I'm very pleased with them.

i reload from .223 up to .577/450 and i only use a lee funnel.
it can be tricky with the martini henry as it depends on which make of case you are filling.
regardless how you size them some are different.
also with the .223 it depends on the powder lol as ball powder can seep through gap if not seated correctly.
worked this way for past 20 years and just got use to it
i also reload .577 snider but dont need funnel for this as you just pour it in lol
