by the looks of things! airweapon misuse is actually going down!
handgun crime is going up!!

i'll let you read the rest of it and decide!
so the new proposed legislation has actually nothing to do with the truth!

also look at the bottom! if an unidentified weapon was used it was then just logged as an airweapon!!! seems a bit unfair!! how do they justify that!
also the last paragraph, if damage looked like it had been sustained by an airweapon then it was deemed to have been done so! without actually seeing a weapon! i've seen what catapults do to windows, the damage can really resemble a pellet strike!!!
nice to see that the police have been so well educated and can decipher what was actually used!
