Practice practice practice, consistency of hold, grip and trigger action is paramount with a springer.
Dont try and make it into a recoiless rifle like many do, you just kill the springer and take away its soul!!!
    Buy a pneaumatic or practice.
Is yours full power or sub-FAC?

Of course I wont take it personal- I shoot springers quite a lot, and enjoy working on them to get their performance to be as good as I can

The point was it's bad question; but as ISSF and Olympic target sports would tend to be at the pointy end of of the accuracy stakes I used that as a marker. Skoda make good cars but they aren't in F1. See, it's a poor question.

    Accuracy

I had a Daystate 3 and a BAR Daystate Barracuda.
Both were very accurate and a friend who is a very good shot said they were the best they had tried.
My current Falcon Lighthunter and Mark one S200 both seem very accurate and consistent to me .

    Hw95l

My HW95L will shoot MOS at 25 yards & at 82 is a joy to plink with off the back deck. Pic is 10 shots which is good for a springer.

Yeah, they come in for loads of jibes but I used to shoot rats with one down the local tip when I was a lot younger, absolutely brilliant. I've had days out with that just as enjoyable as using any modern rifle.
Now for pcp's I can't go past my RWS 500, I've had a lot that come close and one even equalled it but never had a one better

I suspect that there's no definitive answer to this one!

However, the most accurate rifle I've shot was probably the HW100 in .177 that I had a while back.

In springer terms, I find my current HW97 to be excellent.

I haven't ever owned anything over a grand but my Ratworks tuned S200 is the most accurate and consistent air rifle I've owned over the last 35 years

    PCP Brocock concept in .177.

    Springer
Both pretty good but I seem to favour my HW98 over my AA prosport. In a few months it may swing back again.
