Definitely Patrick, but don't think that's worth an extra £600 tho!

As it's got it's original box as well, I would have thought £350 to be a more realistic price, but if, as it appears, it's been repainted, perhaps a little less, although the finish does look good.

The box looks fake. There is a certain Welsh gentleman who knocks them out.
Lawrie showed me one and the writing was mirror-reversed!

Agree it looks resprayed, that's not a 3rd model either The trigger on the 3rd model is steel. The safety is the 'thumb slicer' which makes it a 1st or 2nd model. The piercer unit is from the 3rd model and will fit all models. What else can I pick holes in Oh the price

    Why not?

I have sold Crosman 150 models for £150

Struggled a bit with the 2240 pricing.

I thought mine had the wrong cap but I was told that when they were in for servicing that they were sometimes changed to take these piercing caps as people were putting the carts in the wrong way round and damaging them (It was something like that anyhow!!)

I bought a box from Fleabay, I think it was the wrong one!!

I think it should have been red like the manual!

Personally, I prefer the first series method of piercing the Co2 capsule on the 600, but this was a problem for early users resulting in the two alternative methods. Obviously, we tend to prefer the method employed on the variant we own, but I wondered if anybody had an unbiased preference for any of the three piercing methods?

The interior looks genuine enough. Though at that price even if a fake box cost you £300, you'd make your money back.

The normal price of a 600 with a box is £300. Thought about offering the guy £300 but I have 3 already and never use them.
