    Question Info regarding Original 66.

On behalf of a friend who has purchased an Original 66, .177" calibre, 10 metre target rifle, what information can you give me?

I would be interested in it's history, performance, availability of spares or just about anything you know about it.

    Thanks in advance.

I am afraid there must be some problem as I still haven't received those pics.

    Thanks all the same.

Don't know why Rustam. Shame. I've asked Geordie to forward the AGW article to you, assuming he gets it! Cheers. Wynn

    Hi Rustam,
give a look to my site, I recently restored an old 65 and put some pics here:

    http://www.airguns.it/diana_65.htm

The 60, 65, 66 use the same action, there are just some minor differences. A bit difficult to work on it, but nothing impossible if you have some airgun experience (I have to built a special compressor).
Let me know if you need details.
Chambers sells all the spare parts you need for the restoration: set of three springs, the two seals (front and rear piston), breech seal.

    Excellent stuff, Roberto!

The rifle is in the U.K. but I will draw the owner's attention to your post.

    Many thanks.
