There is a black plastic tube available that does the job, just have to run a straight cut down the the length so it opens enough to grip the capsule. Will have to search back where I sourced it.

A thought occurred to me, I don't get many so it's sometimes a blessing and sometimes not. Especially when it involves a lot of money. Anyway, many Crosman Peacemaker revolves and similar are missing their plastic CO2 capsule covers. Has anyone tried to make a replacement using a 3D printer? It seems that it might be the perfect tool to make such replacement plastic parts.

BE AN INDEPENDENT THINKER, DON'T FOLLOW THE CROWD
Very nice PED. Do they solely clip onto the CO2 cart or have you made some with the lugs that fit into the ejector tube as per some originals?
the delrin ones i just made a fraction under size
the steel one i used a bit of old crosman main tube and i think i used some silicone tube in the bb slot to friction hold it
