    Which Pard?

    Hi Chaps

Please could someone enlighten me as to which version of the Pard NV007 I need: evidently they come in 12mm & 16mm but I can’t seem to find why ...

    Thanks in anticipation

This is a 12mm lens model and gives less reticule magnification and a very slightly wider field of view than the standard 16mm model, the magnification of the scope rear optic is reduced. This is preferred by some for airgun and rimfire use at closer ranges or a smaller more natural reticule is required.

This came from Blackwood's outdoor who sell them .

Thank you so much. This is the one I need then for close range ratting.

    Best regards

It is to do with field of view.
12 mm is better for 0-100 yds.
16mm is better for longer distance.
I have 12mm on my air rifle.

Funny enough my mate just bought one and went for the 12mm, He done some homework and all recommend the 12mm.
