    Daystate airwolf

Hello I own a airwolf and when not been used for while may shoot out 6 inches to the left or right never up and down. Do you think it is to do with the barrel band or a faulty scope?

Lots of guns creep away from zero when they're not used for a while, but six ins is quite a lot.
Does anything feel lose or wobbly?

Check the easy things first, my tinkering knowledge isn't great but if it's only moving horizontally it may well be the scope.
I reacon someone on here will have the answer if it keeps acting up,
Good luck with it mate. Martin

There is slight play in the barrel band but that is only gripping the shroud. I will try a different scope and check the mounts.
    Thanks Martin.

Mate had it in his S410. Even zeroing it, it would group for 2 mags and then group like a shotgun. We checked the mounts, swapped scopes, mags, loads of brands of pellets, silencer on and off. Barrel band was solid. In the end he sold it and tbh I honestly though it was down to him pulling it off, but it would do the same with me.
Anyway it's gone now, worst air arms I've ever used, all the others were like lazers

Good luck as that didn't help at all 😂

How do you store it? And, what scope and mounts are you using?

    All of the above.

Hello I normally lie it flat. The scope is a nikko diamond which I have never had problems with .owned several. The mounts look ok but not brand new. Many thanks.

I've seen something similar - my mate lays his rifle flat and, his did the same.

Zero your scope again then, hold the rifle on its side and give it a few taps. Then shoot at your target again.
This will tell you if there is something loose inside your scope 👍

    All of the above.

Make sure everything is tight, it could simply be a loose grub screw or screw on the barrel/shroud/stock/mounts etc.
