I put a JLS stalker silencer on my Ultra se with 320mm cylinder fitted.
It’s smaller diameter was just right on my gun.

a ph with custom baffles would be my suggestion, and you already have one, easy enough to spray or paint too

Ive just bought a ultra se, I put on a sak, looked too fat, put on a hw, too long, so have gone down the shroud option. It's effective but about the same length as the sak on, so I've just ordered a 350mm cylinder to bring both flush.

And that didn't work, the shroud is about 5mm longer and drooping onto the cylinder. Rethink is needed
