    Welcome to the forum.

Sorry, I don't have my specific recommendations, but would guess that, if you looked at somewhere like the NSRA Shop, there might be some excellent books on technique to choose from?

There is currently a very interesting thread in the Collectables Section about pellet selection for spring pistols, and some of the later posts detail user's tips and techniques. Well worth a read.

If it`s target shooting help you are after try "Target Pistol Shooting" book by P.C.Freeman. Available from Amazon £30. May be cheaper elsewhere.

    You beat me to it

I joined a 10m club in 2020 and only managed 2 visits after joining before the COVID lockdowns put everything on hold, and I have used the guides on that site in the interim to try and develop a repeatable shot sequence and form.

Your more than welcome, thank you. It covers 'replica' air pistols but a lot of the information is still solid if your looking at Olympic style pistol shooting.
