I have one here as it came with an Airking I bought.
As Jon suggested it does indeed slide into the Airking fore sight unit and retains it so it can be used with the factory opens. All my guns are scoped as my eyes are not what they used to be so this is academic for my part
They are pretty chunky things but pretty effective I have to say. They appear well made.
As to availability over here I'm not so sure. I think you'd really have to hunt around for one or contact the importers and see if they can get one to you via your local RFD.

The Diana foresight fits over a 15mm barrel and is held on with a single screw. Diana owners tend to leave them on as the thicker shroud falls off without it.
