From my information there was as many as 6 variations in the first two years(82 and 83). Variation 1 started with serial number 100 (July 82), variation 2 started with serial number 200 (Oct/82), variation 4 started with serial number 400 in April/83. My variation was made with mainly BSA parts. The end cap/plug on mine is fastened to the air cylinder with 3 bolts...one on top and 2 from the sides.

My Sirocco as TB 632 under the breech block.
It also as the 3 bolts holding the rear end cap in place.
The scope mounts are bolted onto a raised block, which is braised (or welded) onto the cylinder.
The trigger is quite nice to be honest.
    Les..

Is that the very first model with a plain beech stock and no open sights or fittings for them?

I think walnut but fairly plain and scope mounts attached right on the cylinder. No provisions for open sights open sights

    Scirocco

The bloke I bought mine off said it was a theoben prototype, and was fitted with a weihrauch barrel, I’ve never checked to see if was true, perhaps someone on here might know different.
