    BSA Ultra owners advice please

    Hi,
How many strokes from a stirrup pump are needed to top up an Ultra?
    Thanks.

I think as most BSA type PCP, they fill to a 200 BAR...

All I say is, cancel your subscription with the gym!!

Just keep pumping till its full, there should be a gauge on the pump!

Depends on how many bar, and how big the cylinder, but on my S10,with a 280cc bottle at 230 bar, I reckoned on 1 stroke for each 'bar', so around 130 pumps to fill from the typical 100 bar level when shots were dropping off.
This roughly equalled around 1.5 pumps to each shot, so if you are getting 40 shots, I'd say around 60 pumps to get it up to full.
Save your money and buy a divers bottle, it is FAR easier, quicker and reputedly is better for your rifle, as the air from a bottle is very dry, unlike normal air which has moisture in it.
