1920’s shoot-off. Brits vs. the Germans
I have two rifles of the same period with period aperture sights. Why not see how the two compare. The BSA Light is .177 but the Haenel Model 3 is in .22. Used Hobbys for both. My lazy backyard style with elbow on a table. The Haenel had a advantage with a very light trigger, I’m sure someone probably worked on it cause I read they were usually not that great? Bottom line I think I’ll keep both rifles! Lol

Nice shooting.
That top group is a bit nicer, is that the Haenel?

Nice rifles and nice shooting. I’m guessing the top group is the BSA. Range?

Top group was the BSA. The bottom group 22 Haenel torn the paper both all hit red and this was not bench rested. Range 20 feet, I’m a backyard shooter!
