    26th and 27th June 2021 BOINGER BASH

    THE EVENT AND PAYMENT DETAILS

    26th and 27th June 2021 Boinger Bash

This will just be a weekend of chatting about guns, shooting, eating, drinking and getting to meet folks.

    THE PRICE

£20 including camping over the full weekend (3 nights or more if required)

£10 for just the one day attendance.

Part of this payment is for me to insure on the field so that folks without their own shooting insurance can attend.

    THE VENUE

    Quigley Bottom Shooting Club
    Station Road
    Upper Broughton
    Melton Mowbray
    Leicestershire
    LE14 3BQ

    HOW IT WORKS

    1) Anybody who would like to attend simply sends a cheque for £20 or £10 made payable to N Page (me).
On the back of the cheque write your username and the word "camping" if doing so. Send to 54 Queensway, Old Dalby, Leicestershire, LE14 3QH

    2) I hang on to the cheques until we reach the minimum break even point for portaloos, insurance etc before banking them.

    3) As cheques come in I will post your username/Forum/Postal town up on here with your cheques status ---received/Banked.

    4) Alternatively you can make payment by bacs to the following account :-

    Payee --------------- Mr N C Page
    Sort Code ---------- 40-47-86
    Account Number --- ****4318

If you put your BBS username as the reference I can then add your username to the paid list.

I will not be organising a licensed bar on site but as your cars will be accessible inside the site I suggest you bring your own.

There will be a hot water urn with tea and coffee. No BBQ at this time.

There is no running water. A water run will be arranged for lunch time (ish).

If there are any questions please ask on this thread and I will answer them here to save repetition.

From last year the hay had not been taken off by the 26th June. I assume plan B may therefore be in operation. This involves camping in the adjacent field and access to the range will involve crossing a stile. Persons who are not fully ambulant should let me know in advance so I can make arrangements.

There are plenty of flat grassy areas for tents, the pitches nearest the metalled track will be reserved for caravans and motorhomes. If its wet they may not get of the grass and I have no tractor.

    All the best Neil
