I hope you have a most enjoyable and fruitful outing, Nick.

Er, "TX". Which TX? It's a bit like some of us saying, "I'll take a rifle along".

Ha ha , see what you mean it's my target gun started life as a mk 3 it has a 21 mm hard anodised aluminium comp tube, with a composite piston ring to seal shortish stroke titan no 12 with acetal guides, runs at 800 fps with aa express , also got a barrel weight on the front like a 97 but slips over the mk3 shroud so chunky 😁in a Warren Edwards walnut field target stock topped of with a home made riser rail and a big nikko.phew 😅

Ah, that beautiful shooting machine.. Have a most enjoyable and fruitful one, Nick.. Tomorrow will present ideal testing conditions for temperature shift (or not) with that seal.

    Great to hear, Pete.

Guessing they're Exacts that you're talking about. Strange, isn't it, how much different dies' and batches' performances can vary so much from one gun to another??????

At least I now know that it's not a psychological thing for me. I'm glad someone has made use of them.

    Cheers John
I will keep the search limited to 42mm. The mfr is back in the shop due to a power loss issue. Hopefully I'll have her back next week

Not my best outing unfortunately, hit two thirds of them , normally around the three quarter mark , and very occasionally higher, a bit warm for me , gun performed faultlessly, me less so See if I can do any better tomorrow at the Greyhound.

Still lovely to be out there, Nick, and I'm sure that TX performed stunningly. It certainly was hot. It's forecast to be a couple of degrees cooler up here today; not sure about across there? Have a fantastic time at the Greyhound later.. Been wanting to visit for a long time. One day, one day...

Well done that man; top performance.. Glad you enjoyed and put in a pleasing, confidence boosting showing, Nick.

There's nothing I'd look forward to more than a meet up there. Top company and sounds like a great venue. I don't think we'd struggle to get Craig to join us there, too. Plus, maybe, one or two other Boingerpeeps?
