    Yep, as Les says, a healthy number of attendees confirmed already and, with just over two months to go, surely more to come, especially with the central location.

    Quick question......will there be any cover available from rain / el-scorchio? Or down to individuals' provisions?

    I plan to have two 6x3 gazebos, possibly three, to shoot from. Got to check them out.
    One 3x3 for tea and coffee.

    I have on loan some 6' tables.
    I found an oil drum bbq we can borrow. Not a gas one as yet.
