Just to let you know that the Arms & Militaria Fair organised by Northern Arms Fairs at Newark Showground is going ahead on Sunday 18th April.
We've received notice today that their Covid Secure status has been approved by the authorities (see below the announcement earlier)
"NORTHERN ARMS FAIRS are pleased to announce that the next NEWARK ARMS, MEDAL & MILITARIA FAIR will take place on SUNDAY 18th APRIL 2021.
This will be held in the Lady Eastwood Centre on the Newark Showground.
Please note that all social events are dependent on the Government's Covid Road Map being achieved.(i.e. that non- essential retailing to be allowed from April 12th 2021)"
9am - 2pm at the Lady Eastwood Centre, Newark Showground, Lincoln Rd, Coddington, Newark NG24 2NY.
We'll be attending as well as other dealers in Militaria.
Its 6 months since we last attended an Arms Fair and it will be great to see everyone again.

How did it go Chaps?
Enjoyed the day even though it was for tough for selling (perhaps only my stuff). Not many punters straggling threw.
My sister done better selling associated antiques.
Sausage and egg cobs looked excellent!
But good to have back social interaction.
See ya!
Hard work it was quite busy but lots of hands in pockets unfortunately.
I bought more than I sold but got some excellent rare pistols and rifles.
See you at Kempton.
Tim.
Ah well, at least people like yourself put the effort in. Not easy to keep the ball rolling at the moment.
A few nice airguns on offer, and some decent antique firearms too, but prices seemed top dollar and the rusty or rough old crap seemed to outnumber the good stuff.
As it's the first one after lock down, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.
