BSA lightning XL and SE owners please

I have two BSA Lightnings one XL in .177 and SE in .22 can any one help with the best pellets please ? Have tried a few but not getting very good groups at 25 yd.

I have found Superdome work ok in my .22

I have tried JSB and Crosman

my lightning likes superdome and H&N field target best
but my rifle has gas strut not spring it is .22

Thank you mine are both spring and had kits put in, also dropped the power down to around high 10s ft.lb
I really like them, just like it to shoot like my webley xocet and my webley vulcan that has a stage 2 Venom tune

My .22 BSA Lightning seems to like JSB Exact RS best.

My 22 XL tac likes Falcon Accuracy Plus.

My 22 spring xl likes air arms field domed, Superdomes and falcon accuracy plus. One tip I've noticed when pellet testing with mine is that I need to shoot perhaps thirty or forty pellets through it before it begins to group with that particular pellet.hope this helps mate.
