    Best pellet for pp700

    Hi what pellets can anyone recommend for a pp700

    Depends what range of target perhaps but under ten M I use flat headed pellets that are around 7.0gr and marked as 4.49mm. R10 match pistol or Meisterkugeln seem particularly good straight out of the tin. I wouldn't bother shooting over ten M with any flat headed pellet but for windfall apples at 20 M any soft, light pellet seems good to me. Perhaps weight at 20 M is less of an issue than at 10 M because even AA Diabolo Fields at 8.4 gr seem good. Small diameter and soft might be the most important bit here.
    I put RWS hobby and Geko diabolos through a T R Robb adjustable pellet sizer set at about 4.49 and then they are both nearly as good as the Meisterkugelns at paper targets, cheaper too. Unsized and I really struggle with them so I am guessing that they are large.
