Looking at Giles video I think the UK varient is somewhat lacking compared to the FAC version, Indeed you would be better off getting Maverick for the dual regs.
Why this sudden interest for the dual regs or is the Impact regs being small not up to the job?
Lanes do a conversion for the R10 to fit a extra reg between the bottle and block like the Priest has.
I think if I was going to spend serious money on a top rifle I would go for the Delta Wolf as it seems more advanced and plus made in the good old UK!

    Why?

Why the very high picky rail though?
If fitted with something like pard 008 the sightline is way up above the bore line.

I think it's to do with the height of the action where the cheek piece is , Alot of these type of designs have to run a high sight rail.

Quoted as having 20 degree pickie rail to allow for insufficient elevation adjustment on scope.
Well perhaps wouldn't need it if not so high.
