I have one only but really like the gun. Mine is accurate and about 10.5 ft.lb so maybe the most powerful of my 'old' guns.
What would a really nice standard Mercury be worth.

So many views on this Mercury post and guess what not one single person knows about my mystery gun......oh to be in the "inner circle"
You might find some info here:

What misery is that ??
I was asking if anyone knew what it was as it didn't say Mercury on it
It looks like your gun has the cylinder off a 635 .25" Magnum, Mike. :-

I would have to say that to ,if there is no mercury on it then either a challenger cylinder or a magnum but the challenger as you know has the 3 keyways for the scope rail so it is most likely someone has if it is .22 put a .22 barrel on a magnum action hoping for more power perhaps
It could be that whoever swapped barrels liked the gun but couldn't get on with the .25" trajectory, the swap could even be down to the cost of .25" pellets --- who knows ?
As Evert has a similar gun I'm now wondering if a batch of unmarked Mercury actions were made in .22" for another company to sell under their own name ?
I seem to recall a fishing tackle company selling airguns under their own name ?
