In fairness a rapid and an impact are worlds apart
In a battle of wits I refuse to engage with an unarmed person.

I remember taking over 300 rabbits off a Golf Course in 4 visits over a weekish.
Green keeper was over the moon.
Previously only shooter used a Rimfire out the side window of a Land Rover.

Then he should have dropped twice as many as you. Clearly hecwasntvany good at it. I drop far more from a vehicle than I do on foot.

Tool of choice would be HMR over .22LR or sn FAC air.

I stop at 50 max any one session as undressing the beggars takes ages.

Depends on the venue. One of the council sites used to be loaded and I stopped at 50 per session. And 50 was a regular bag per night.

Another golf course near windsor... jeez, it was like a plague. The fairway was covered for several hundred yards. My mate called me in as he didnt know what to do. Within 60 yards of the 1st tee, he left the bag he had filled as it was full and too heavy.

30 yads on, the rabbits were coming out behind us again.. It took quiet a few sessions to gain control as it was an 18 hole course on foot. That was a bloody Pita.

You could be right. He was there every week too apparently, so the bunnies could have been skittish with the vehicle noise.
The last night I was there I saw him, his wife driving and him hanging out the side window with his rifle.
He never even seen me until I spoke, sure he said he was using a .243, that was my night over and I left him to it, I only shot a few that night so could have been close to 500 if Rambo hadnt of showed up.
Good mate of the club chairman apparently.
I have never been back as I didnt want to get shot, plus the Golf Course was kind of in the middle of housing with peoples properties looking over the course.
Not sure about the legality of, using bullets in that scenairio.
