    Tryolene Stocks

Real shame these are not standard on some rifles nowadays recently finished a cs600 on my 77 can't claim anything too formal only shoot it casual with the opens more for fun than anything but I'd like to see these make a comeback.

Appreciate its about scope height and stuff but think every serious shooter needs a nice tryo with opens.

    I have a T stock on my Walther LG55T.
It feels nice for sure, but I cant really use it as it should. My cheek is a bit on the rim, on the side of it. Has to do with height, distance to the peep, personal build etc. T stocks are meant for yr cheek to be cuddled in the middle. That also makes them a bit limited in use.
T stocks are a bit like t/h stocks. They look good from the outside, but often, they just dont fit/feel exactly right.
Havent found a standard t/h stock that really fits me either.
    Its so personal.
A standard stock or standard cheekpiece doesnt have this. Its just plain, flat and a bit more 'one size fits all'

I love Tyro's ,even if I have to create them myself.
Top one Hw85T and middle one HW35T are the home made ones.

Look lovely, but ultimately flawed for multi-positional shooting?

Think that's why they never became that popular my 77 is dedicated to standing with opens to give me the back to basics experience and keep basic skills there.

Too easy forget these when using a pcp rested.
