I'd say £250-£300 but that kind of range.. I like them but they are not that rare, or that popular. A bit "niche"...
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

As above, if you really want it, or put another bit towards a Huntsman or Regal as they are better guns

Their rarity comes from the fact that Daystate built the Sportsman MK2s by using up some new Titan Mohawk pumps found on a shelf in India after Titan went tits up.

I think the full story of the Sportsman can be found on the Bowkett Facebook page.

I spoke to Tony Belas about the Sportsman at a show several years ago. The main reason he gave me for its demise was that many rifles were being returned for repair under warranty which meant the product was not viable.
I did, once, shoot an HFT course with one using the two strokes to get c. 10ft lb but I have to admit it was quite an effort.
    Nice rifles though ...

    Cheers, Phil

I think the values given are about right, £250 if it’s a dog and £350 if it’s very good, possibly more if it’s in mint condition to the right person.

Great guns with one pump for close range, bit of a chore at 2 pumps. But still a decent quality rifle and you won’t know until you own one haha

No problem with the manual, Tom, it's available for all on Daystate's website.

The walnut Mohawk's a two stroke, I actually favour the single stroke beech one that my cat's inspecting the crown on.

Yep must admit I prefer my single stroke stuff to the multi’s (my mohawk is a single). But no denying that stock is a beauty!
