    Proof Read, anyone.

I am putting together a bit of a "how to" regarding my experiences of the re focusing / parallaxing of rifle scopes. It's early days at the moment, more of a during and post lockdown something to do really, and ideally I need someone with experience to cast an eye over, (see what I did there?), the draft text at some point.

    Any volunteers?

    I volunteer.

I don't know very much at all about scopes but I can use an SLR camera.

I'd be able say what it was that I didn't understand in the text.

I can ensure your spelling and grammar are correct. I've also re-parallaxed a few scopes in my time so should understand what you're saying.

I could record myself reading the text aloud, would that be enough proof that I read it?

If you want a tip for proof reading for spelling, read text backwards.

Missed that until you stressed carefully.

I think some may have misunderstood what I am asking for. Grammer, spelin and punctation is not what I would need looking at , it's the art or rather skill involved re focusing rifle scopes by someone who has done a good number themselves and would kindly comment on my "how to".

As I said, I've done a few. We used to sell Simmons WTCs and it was usually me that adjusted them.

Thank you both. It's a work in progress but nearing the end as it were, I'll let you know when I need to send.
