    Mine's not that fussy either. It's quite happy spitting out 8.44 grain JSB's or 8.48 grain QYS domed or streamlined.
    I've also tried the 9.56 grain QYS domed with the same result.

    Just don`t forget to refill after firing a TIN of pellets ldgrin, only down side i find when at the range is you can fire a large cap mag(38 in .177) quicker than you can fill one And mines not that fussy with pellets either

    Domed will give you range. JSB exact or express generally but the barrel will give you better advice than any on here.

    There isnt any real short cut.

    Try and ponce as many different pellets as you can and you need about 40 to be sure.

    You can try and get a list of suspects but if its hunting, I would suggest you need dome for mid to longer range and a hollow point or varient for closer stuff esp it its .177.

    ATM my rifle really shoot predators well and it is dropping on the spot.

    I have Hades too but not shot much quarry with them yet. The predator shorts... length may foul some mag systems... have been spot on. If the Hades are as affective, they will probably be cheaper as there are only 200 preds in a tin.

    Bisley pest control also really woork well and despite being brick like, it groups tight at longer ranges than I would have expected. A bit of a cross over fronm short range only to a middle distance contender.

    No real short cuts here.

    well i settled on air arms fields they shoot lovely in this rifle nice tight groupings in 22
