    Dating a Feinwerkbau Sport 127

I have a Feinwerkbau Sport 127 Mkll and I've read they ceased production of the Sport in 1986. Is there a way of dating the rifle from its serial number. The serial number on my one is 42535.

Thanks for the information, didn't realise it was that old. Had a new spring and seal fitted in as the original set gave up the ghost.

Wouldn't mind a spare stock, it still has the original stock on mine.
