That price is certainly a bit unrealistic Danny, as those pellets often crop up. I still have a paper wrap of ten tins of these pellets, plus quite a few single full and part used tins.
Bargain!

I remember helping Dennis at one of his Arms Fairs. He disappeared among the stalls and re appeared a while later clutching 10 very early tins of .177 Wasps. He nearly had a 'Connery' when I went to open one to see what was inside.

Greed or stupidity?
Or both?
They are only worth what someone is willing to pay!
Clearly a dreamer or just thinks all old tins of pellets sell for that price . £20 tops is about right for those I'd say.
Always on the look out for Brum / Venom - Webley Longbow / Tommie rifles and parts.
Thing is so many people think that because something is old and collectable it has to be worth good money. Its true some pellet tins with or without content have found some huge prices. But this example isn't one, and was common, one of the most. Loads still about. Every collector has a few, and as pellets go they aren't any thing special whatever it says on the tin.
I think sometimes stuff is put up at ridiculous prices so when another of the same goes up half that price it looks good value!
Anyhow, mad.

Not really any different to when some noob on here puts a Webley service up for £300, the response is like seagulls on a bag of chips...
