    Daystate spares.

Hello just to post something positive for a change. Have heard various things about Daystate and how they deal with the public. I needed a couple of parts and found with various dealers either didnt stock the bits or were out of stock.
So I thought lets try Daystate, nearly fell of the chair, email replied to next day and parts in stock, could I confirm that I wanted them and if so they would send an invoice for payment with PP..Sorted and paid for, done and dusted 2 days.
A thank you email for payment and welcome to order anything again.
    Thank you Daystate.
    Cheers.
    Geoff.

I've bought quite a few spares from them and never had a problem. It's always Rebecca, who is as courteous and professional as you might wish for.

It's great to hear positive feedback about Daystate, they tend to drop the ball on this, which tarnishes the brand, even though their guns are actually all very good, long may it continue

I had great results over the phone some years ago, The email did seem to be limited to one a day but in all fairness the help and advice was above what I would have expected.

I too have had great service from Daystate. Emails are answered promptly and they've always had the parts I needed in stock.
Rebecca is most helpful. They may have had problems in the past but they are now fully up to speed with Rebecca at the helm.

I have had problems with Daystate customer service in the past but I must admit my latest experience was absolutely spot on. The query and subsequent spares order was handled by Rebecca whom I found very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely a step in the right direction for Daystate

Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
