Just like the Webley Service case, but smaller.

Canvas cases are so evocative of a bygone golden age. Always good to see.

Mine came without a key, so I have to be careful not to close the lid and lock myself out. I imagine these locks are pretty simple to pick if that did ever happen, but if anybody knows where I might obtain a replacement key, I would be very grateful.

It must be a helluva lot bigger than it appears in the photograph.

    Lovely case (and contents)

These locks will be easy to pick and it would be possible to re-shape almost any key which can fit in the slot. Many antique/junk shops have an assortment of old looking keys so have a browse.

Surely just closing the lid doesn't lock it, Brian? Doesn't it need the key to lock it first?

    Hello Danny,
True you do have to press the clasp to lock the case, but it would be easy to accidentally do this in an almost unconscious action.
