    My theoben tuned 335 did 11.1 ft lbs in .22 cal. Yes they did do them with a zephyr tune. Mach 1.5

    As per page 43 of The Airgun Book - John Walter
    LG335 Marketed in the USA as the Crosman Challenger 6500.

    Several changes have been made to the trigger, which is now fully adjustable, and a sliding manual safety catch was added behind the receiver in 1986 to satisfy the American demands. A particularly efficacious custom version with a zephyr piston system, has been marketed in GB by Theoben.

    Interesting that the 335 should feature so highly in the price range, albeit with the FWB ahead by a clear lead.

    Some 35 years later, it is helpful to see what prices were being fetched in the 1980s and this sheds some light on the situation at the time.

    It would appear that a separate arrangement was made for the USA market, perhaps with some of those entering into the UK.
