Hi
I have been given a BSA Meteor (serial no- TG22051), its a old rifle. When it is fired the slug only travels approx 2 metres.
Please can anyone give me advice on what the problem could be and what I can do to reslove it and here I can get the parts from, price etc.
It is more than likely to be the spring but i'm worried incase it could also be something else.

Just short of £19 including p+p.
This also included a tub of lt2 grease.
