How to word shooting rights letter?

Hi all, just wondered how you would word the letter which gives shooting rights to someone over your ground? (This would be for airguns and rim fire rifle). This letter has to be viewed by the police if necessarry.

I use this - fill in the x's and delete any bits which do not apply.
With the landowners address at the top.
