John doesn't do springers any more. Does anyone know how he coaxed 12ft/lbs out of BSA Airsporters and Mercurys using standard springs chopped down by ten or twelve coils? Has anyone had one of his creations apart? Tell us the secrets ... is it more swept volume or what?
