Help with HW70 valuation please

Good morning chaps, a member is interested in buying this pistol but frankly have no idea what would be an honest price for it and can't remember what I paid for it.
It's, as far as I know, an earlyish HW70 with the faux walnut plastic grips and no side safety. Condition is what I would describe as 'fair'. The odd scuff here and there but no serious scratches. One slightly cheesed screw. Serial no 065306.
Just cleaned out the cobwebs and it shoots well (actually more accurate than I remember, think I may have gotten better at shooting ) but could probably do with a new breech seal at some point.
