    Haenel 28 release anomaly?

    Spotted this Haenel 28 on a local auction, and noticed the unusual release, which looks more like a "twist to release" than the usual push button.
    I suspect that it is just an end user modification, but thought I would inquire of the collective wisdom of the forum for their thoughts.
