    Airsporter mk2 mounts

    Hi all,
I'm looking for a set of roll on roll off mounts, to fit a airsporter mk2, any suggestions? I know sportsmatch do some, but I want to keep the classic/period look of the rifle.
    Cheers

I had one of those some 40 years ago, lovely gun.

Have you measured the dovetail width? In an old thread on here someone measured them at 0.620 inch, which equates to 15.75mm. Older CZ/BRNO rifles used a 16mm dovetail, I was wondering if any of them would fit? If this was the case, and you want a more "classic" look, then a set of Recknagel CZ mounts might fit your needs.

If it's got the two sets of raised scope grooves, Parker Hale RALS4 or RAHS4 will fit.
They can sometimes be found on E-Bay.
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.

as above, some had interupted rails, and some continuous..
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

If you want to keep the classic period look of the Mk2 you should be looking for the scopes that they sold for them.
