Very sad news. I met Ian at Rivington years ago when I had chance to visit club and was given a very warm welcome. Many small deals on here, and IJ’s humour on here has really cheered me on many occasions -
ATB to you Ian

Looking for TO-6 Trigger unit unmessed with or T0-6 kit for 34
Very sad news indeed.
My condolences to his family.
He was a real fine gent, and will be sorely missed here by many. I had many a trade with him and a good banter on all things air rifle. He helped me out many a time. Drat, and double drat, not news I ever wanted to hear. I suspect he will be plinking away upstairs with a HW35 or two...
RIP Ian, the World will be a much sadder place without you.
My sincere condolences to all his family and friends.

I never met Ian but we exchanged a few posts over the years; a true stalwart of this Airgun BBS, he will be sorely missed.
RIP Ian.
So sorry to hear this sad news, my condolences to his family and I expect many friends.
Pete
Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in
