Ugh! all those people... I'd rather be outside.
I've got used to a bit of personal space and I prefer it.

Pete, can I just take a moment to thank you for the care you take in selecting and cropping the pictures of KP so it seems as if it’s mostly gentleman not in the first flush of youth who attend? It can’t be easy to get all the nubile young ladies out of shot. But if Mrs Cornelius knew what it was really like she’d never let me go

(I accept no responsibility to first time KP visitors in December if, by sone bizarre bad luck, for the first time ever there happen not to be very many nubile young ladies present)
    Morally flawed

The photo was pre covid and the 200 tables are spaced differently now. Outside is great and there are 25 tables under the grandstand canopy. Sorry if it is not for you

Yes indeed, editing out the scantily clad female customers took a while and thank you for noticing. Most that appear in the photo are part time actors from the local care home.

As you know Micky, when the gates open, it is like a stampede of Dad's Army. KP is now one of the few places where I am not the oldest grumpy old man.

It’s one of the benefits of going to KP. The only places to get a similar youthful buzz are going to church, or going to a meeting of the youth wing of the Tory party. But they have a strict no over 70s rule there.
