I have a MKII Airsporter - EE623
It has the BSA Arrow head on the cylinder pointing towards the loading tap with Club etched on the cylinder.
I was once told its a MK2 Club.
EC Clubs - I believe they were only made for one year - 1956 ???

Thank you Millsy1 for your comment regarding Airsporter numbers. I will change them in my book of words !

HI Sam
Yes I think they were known as the Club MK11 prior to the Club name being dropped completely. This was the time when changes were gradually being made for the introduction of the MK11 Airsporter and you could end up with a rifle incorporating a mixture of Mk1 and Mk11 parts. Is your gun one of these?

That is really nice.
