    You'd have to look side by side I guess and form your own opinion.

    Hawke / Deben have always been a good company, Hawke do give a lifetime warranty on all or most scopes ..(I'm not sure, probably on their website)

    I have a couple of Hawke vantage scopes - both too short to fit in standard sized one piece mounts ( a bit of a design oversight I think, and a bit daft, as could run a different line of 'compact scopes')

    If that's important to you, check measurements before you buy too _

    I like the BSA Essential scopes.
    Cracking optics for the money. At one point, all my rifles had them mounted, including my Steyr H5
    B.A.S.C. member
