Good morning All,

I have recently completed a strip/rebuild of a CZ Mod. Z II for a friend but have come unstuck with the piston seal. It presently has what appears to be a simple flat leather washer, fitted over (or held in place by?) a six-sided stub on the end of the piston. It's very worn, and I have not tried to remove it in case it all falls apart. At the moment it will barely shoot a pellet the length of the barrel!

Would anyone be able to advise on the type of seal which should be there? Flat leather disc, leather cup? And how is it fitted? Just pushed over the stub on the end of the piston? Some other method?

Would be grateful for any information!

Thanks,

Mike
