    Mk1 Meteor Factory spring guide

    Does anybody know what purpose the cut out section at the shoulder end serves? Also should the cut out be at the top or bottom of the guide when fitting it?

    is it to clear the trigger ? So long since I had my MK1...

    I tried using a mark 1 assembly with a Titan spring guide and it fouled, cocking but not releasing the sear so that looks highly likely.
