Nice condition yes. (though some of the photos seem out of focus or with funny exposure).

Very nice apart from the cut mark on the cocking lever across the keeper screw. I do wonder why they do such things. Don't blame the guy for a face to face especially these days.

That is the best one l have seen in .25 and not surprised it has sold at a very good price for the buyer. l have seen them being asking for a lot more than that.

Very nice gun, especially with the straight hand stock. I wish I might look that good after 115 years !!

But as others have said, such a shame about the hack saw cut in the cocking lever.

Over the years I have lost count of the number of guns that I have come across that have been spoilt by (1) Centre Punch holes around sights and screws, (2) Vice marks on barrels or trigger blocks (3) Hacksaw cuts around screw holes.

    Such a shame !

    Looks like a nice example.

Wierd thing is I have seen far more .25s with straight rather than pistol hand stocks on my travels, often fitted with a No. 12 aperture sight.

Currently looking for Baikal Makarov pistols with the following prefixes to the serial number: 98, T01, T09, T21, T22
Prefer boxed or cased but will consider loose examples too.

If you missed that one then there will be another at Kempton on Sunday a rarer standard/short cylinder example with a pistol grip stock and No 12 Aperture sight fitted to the block. Regards Tim Dyson.

Some would argue, that is rarer than a Military Pattern....

I think you're right Binners. I have seen more MPs offered for sale than Standard length .25s.

Very rare! (and very loopy trajectory).
