For Sale: A BSA "The Improved BSA Air Rifle" handbook 1910:

    For Sale:

Is an extremely rare copy of the 1910 booklet or handbook, 24 pages, entitled "The IMPROVED BSA Air Rifle". These were supplied either with every new BSA air rifle or were available as an accessory, probably the latter?
This copy has very clean covers in blue, but the pages have become damp at some point I guess, causing them to stick, and when prised apart the top of the pages have become torn. Most of the script is still legible and the areas of each page not torn are good and clean.
Photos are available on E**y, where this booklet is currently also advertised.
Formerly the property of a well known Lincs collector & dealer, now no longer with us.
A rare and desirable BSA piece of memorabilia, which sits well with the relevant Improved Model D. In face so unusual that it is not even mentioned or photographed in 'The Book of the BSA Air Rifle', though a similar copy is.
    Price: £120.

    SOLD.
